Your School Portrait order will be delivered to your child’s school within 2-3 weeks.

Before Picture Day: You are welcome to pre-pay for your pictures on our website by selecting the Pre-Order option and selecting the child’s school, or by calling our Studio at 1(800)846-8469. 

On Picture Day: You may turn in an Order Envelope to one of our Photographers. 

Order online by selecting your child's school. 

Drop off an order form, to our studio, by 1:00 p.m. the business day after Picture day. 

Call our Studio at 1(800)846-8469 and place an order over the phone with one of our Customer Service Specialists. 

Order online and have your order shipped directly to your home or business.

Many of our scheduled Picture Days are listed on our website. Simply click on Pre-Order Photos, find your child's school and view the Date below the School Name. If you have questions about specific times for photos during your child's school day, please call our Studio at 1(800)846-8469 and one of our Customer Service Specialists would be happy to assist you.

Digital Downloads are sent directly to your email inbox, to the email provided during the ordering process. If you do not see your Digital Download in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes these are directed to these folders by your email provider. Downloads are accessible for approximately 60 days from the date they are delivered to your inbox. Be sure to download them prior to the 60 day expiration, as we aren't able to store Digital files on our servers for extended periods of time.

We have several years of school and sports photos available for purchase. Simply search for the school and year you're looking for on our website by typing in the information at the top of the web page. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact our Customer Service Specialists at 1(800)846-8469 to inquire about additional available photos. 

Siblings are welcome on Retake Days and Spring Picture Days (with the school's permission) during the designated Sibling time.  If designated sibling times are not available at your school, please call our Studio at 1(800)846-8469 for Studio Sibling session information.

We are more than happy to re-photograph your child on Retake Day to ensure you have the best Portrait possible! Simply return your entire Portrait Package on Retake Day to us, and note how we can improve on the original photo. We will re-photograph your child, and print a new package with the new photo!

Yes! If you prefer to view your child's photo before purchasing, simply ensure we have your email address linked to your child's profile, and you'll be sent a preview after Picture Day. You will then be able to view the photo(s), and select from several package options!

We have the option for your Senior to attend an in-studio Make-Up Session for their Sports Banner. Please call our Customer Service Specialists to schedule a time at 1(800)846-8469.

For most school and school sports galleries, the Online Code is your student's Student ID number. If you are ordering from a non-school event (league, dance studio, etc.) the Online Code is your Student's Last Name and the first initial of their First Name.

The Spring Picture Day deadline is for Personality Portrait orders. If you would like to have your child photographed, but did not place an order by 3pm the day before Picture Day, please let your child's teacher know you would like them photographed. If you would like to order a Class photo, simply wait for your email link, or place your order the day after Picture Day by going to our website.
