Photgrapher
Wenatchee -> Central Washington // Seasonal (Full Time) // Starting at $20/hr or (DOE)
We are looking to hire for a long term position as a Professional Photographer.
Do you enjoy working with children of all ages? Do you enjoy capturing memories through photography? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals just like you!
Parsons Photography is a family-owned business that has been serving North Central Washington for over 75 years.
Photography experience is required, a fundamental understanding of F-stop / Shutter Speed / and ISO as they relate to each other in terms of exposure. We have a comprehensive training program and will teach you the rest. We provide all the equipment and company vehicles.
What would you do at Parsons Photography?
We are looking for a photographer who is passionate about capturing memories and has a strong understanding of photography. You will be responsible for capturing photos of our clients for School Identification, Yearbook, and Sports when first hired.
Continued growth and development opportunities are available for the right candidate. We have many opportunities for advancement within the company in regards to photography styles and techniques. The more skills you have, the more opportunities you will have to be scheduled.
Qualifications

Ability to arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications.

Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.

Applicants must be a morning person and willing to drive/travel company-provided transportation each day up to 2.5 hours with your team to a scheduled location.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, have a positive attitude, and are dependable.

Candidates should have strong communication skills with people of various ages with an emphasis on children.

While maintaining a professional presence, the ability to make quick decisions and the discipline to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Individuals must have a valid driver's license, and reliable self-transportation.

Passing a background check will be required before work/training will begin.

Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and Microsoft PC computer skills required.

Ideal candidate resides within 15 minutes drive from Wenatchee, WA.
