Bilingual Full-Time Office Professional

Parsons Photography is a family-owned portrait and school photography studio in downtown Wenatchee — and in 2026 we're celebrating our 80th year serving the valley across three generations. We're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the welcoming face and voice of our studio.
This is a steady, Monday–Friday office role (8:30 am–5:00 pm) — no early mornings, nights, or weekends. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a small, creative team with a long local history, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Customer Service

Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person

Greet and assist clients in our downtown studio

Research questions, find solutions, and follow through until they're resolved
Sales & Transactions

Schedule sessions and studio appointments

Place customer orders and process them through our point-of-sale system

Handle invoicing, balance the cash drawer, and manage accounts receivable
Studio & Production Support

Help review images and place orders with clients

Support order production, including bonding and framing prints

Manage online customer ordering and coordinate with other departments
Don't worry if you haven't done all of this before — we'll train the right person on our systems and the photography side. The must-haves are a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What we're looking for

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and busy phone lines

Customer service experience and comfort with computers (Microsoft Office, general software)

Dependable, hard-working, and upbeat

Spanish/English bilingual is a big plus — bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
